Who we are
TecKnowledge Development Pvt. Ltd., Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar, Hyderabad, is the data fiduciary for this website (tecknowledge.in).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number, email if you give it, the course you're interested in and your message. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we see the number you call from. This site sets no advertising cookies.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and tell you about the course you asked about, including fees and batch dates. We never sell your details.
Where it's stored
In our enquiry system, run for us by Codegy and hosted in India, on WhatsApp if you continue the conversation there, and on the phones and mailboxes of the people who reply to you.
How long we keep it
While we're in touch about your enquiry and for up to 12 months after our last conversation, unless you enrol with us.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, withdraw your consent to be contacted, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to contact@tecknowledge.in and we'll act within 7 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we handled your details, write to our grievance contact at contact@tecknowledge.in. If we can't resolve it, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
